Amigo joven, sabes que a la vuelta de la esquina viene una cuarta revolución industrial ¿Lo sabes? Sabes que va a necesitar de personas muy especializadas con conocimientos multidisciplinarios. Debido a que los cargos de gerencia y supervisión van a necesitar manejar muchas áreas de la ciencias, como la física, la robótica, las matemáticas, la electrónica… ¡Qué! ¡Que con que se come eso! ¡Pues cepíllalo! Haz de esa idea picadillos, porque necesitaras digerirlo muy despacio y en muy pocas cantidades, por lo complicado. Sí, mi querido amiguito, cualquier cargo de ese futuro lleno de robot, deberás tener muchos conocimientos, ¿Para qué? Para que no te señalen los subalternos, para que no pasen por encima de ti, para que no releven de tu puesto. Los tiempos de tu padre ya pasaron, donde todo se hacía a pulso con un empujón de un amigo, haciendo cursos de inglés y maestrías en gerencia y finanzas. ¡No mi amiguito! La purga va a ser tan grande, que tendrás que dedicar varios años a empaparte de todas las nuevas tecnologías que están por venir.
Solo la robótica te pondrá de cabezas. Solo estudiar la mecánica y la electrónica de estos bichos te va a dar un dolor de cabeza… Pero eta revolución también va ayudar a que los puestos de vanguardia sean mejor remunerados y bien reconocidos por alto perfil de desempeño. Dos mil millones de jóvenes podrían quedar rezagados, si no cambian sus metas. Permítanme por favor, hablar en primera persona. En mi caso, yo empecé a estudiar computación en el año 80, asumiendo que la era digital iba a regir el futuro inmediato, y no me equivoque. Pero lo importante no es eso, lo importante en este momento es sentir la necesidad de aproximarse a los requerimientos del futuro. A mí nadie me indujo a estudiar computación, fue mi decisión, fue mi necesidad de adaptarme a los nuevos tiempos. Pero volvamos al punto. Quienes se suponen tomaran las riendas de las industrias dentro de 10 o 15 años. ¡Ustedes dirán! Bueno el tiempo lo dirá. No mi estimados jóvenes, el futuro se decide hoy, mañana todo esfuerzo será tarde. Otros dirán, bueno yo me conformo con ser caletero, maestro… bueno mi estimado joven, ni caletero, ni cartero, ni maestro, ni bibliotecario. Todas esas labores la van a desempeñaran los robot, de una u otra manera mediante la inteligencia artificial. Según los estudios se van a necesitar cuatro habilidades:
1- Preparación de la fuerza de trabajo.
2- Habilidades blandas como la creatividad, resolución de problemas complejos, inteligencia emocional.
3- Habilidades técnicas específicas.
4- habilidades de emprendimiento.
Ahora bien, tú dirás con todo esto, yo seré un mecánica de robot. Eso sería bueno ¿sabes de programación de Arduinos? ARDUINO, son tarjetas programables usadas en la robótica, bueno hay que hacer la salvedad que existen en este momento muchas marcas… En fin, los nuevos tiempos van a traer muchas tecnologías.
Los procesos productivos van ser automatizados… La automatización cruzara transversalmente todos los ámbitos del futuro y la informática será la reina. Dicen los avezados en los temas de OVNIS, que sus naves son controladas por la mente… si eso lo diéramos por cierto, el camino que nos espera por andar va a ser de puro conocimientos. ¡Cuidado! Con la ignorancia amiguitos y decir que lo abemos todo, nos hace flotar en las nebulosas.
Mis amigos HIVE, este tema no lo traigo a colación para intimidarte, si no para motivarlos. Tenemos que hacer las paces con la ciencia y las tecnologías, porque los conocimientos no pesan, no existe contenedor que se llene con los conocimientos, ni cerebro que se espante. Lo que debes hacer como joven ¡Hazlo ahora! pero has como el mago, con una mano deshago y con la otra construyo. La cuarta revolución industrial también se va a llevar nuestros modos de vivir, nuestros libros, nuestras costumbres, nuestras maneras de pensar, nuestras lógicas… Ojala todo sea para bien. Cuando se descubrió el carbón, Inglaterra pasó de aproximadamente unas 200 toneladas de producción de hierro a 600 toneladas. Las personas se ahorraban dos y tres horas al viajar en el tren. No duden que sus vidas van a cambiar, estamos en la cresta de la ola digital. Pon atención, aprende todo lo puedas, lee todo lo que puedas. La ciencia ésta uniendo la biología con la robótica, la electrónica digital, la neurociencia. Los modelos robóticos implantados a las personas con pérdidas de extremidades, los resultados son sorprendentes, convirtiéndolos en verdaderos Cyborg. Hacen que los implantes respondan ante los impulsos enviados por el cerebro de la persona en cuestión. Felicidades a todos aquellos chicos o chicas que decidan hoy tomarle el pulso al poderoso futuro, seguro serán dignos jefes y dignos gerentes. Una cosa debemos estar claro, la internet ha sido un portal muy grande para el conocimiento, quien por ignorante pase desapercibido esta realidad, será solo por su soberbia al no querer usar su cerebro para tan dignos propósitos.
