Hi there, Hivers. It’s me again, your friend, Jean. Today is my 20th birthday and my cat’s birthday. Yes, I know it’s rare to happen, but yeah, me and my cat have the same birthday. She was born on my birthday. I even witnessed how she was born. Time flies so fast; he is now big.
I’m waiting until 12 midnight for my birthday. Some of my friends have already greeted me early because they can’t make it up to midnight; their eyes are already sleepy. That’s why I just watched the kdrama “Hierarchy” while waiting for exactly 12. At exactly 12, someone greeted me, and I felt very special about it. Little things matter the most.

Even though I have not yet met some of them in person, they still greeted me. I badly want to meet them in real life, to bond with them, and to create unforgettable memories.

Early in the morning, I wished my cat a "happy birthday" too. He deserves to be greeted too. I'm bathing my cat. He was even angry at me since he didn't want to, but I forced him. I didn't take a picture since it's a brownout and my battery percentage at that time was 1%.I was even mad earlier, since my parcel arrived. Then, the rider told me to go to the purok kabatuan to get the parcel. He can't even go here to our house since we have a very difficult road. That's why I went there and got my parcel. The Purok Kabatuan is quite far from our house, but I don't have any choice—pick up my parcel or not. That's why I chose to pick it up.
It's bond paper, a notebook, and a ballpoint pen.
We just had a simple celebration since only me, my mom, and my sister were here since my father and brother were at work. Nevertheless, I never dreamed of having a big celebration every birthday. Money is important; it's better to save money than to spend it for one day. I don't have a picture of what my mom's prepared since it's a brownout in the morning and my cellphone has a low battery percentage.
As I grow older, I have a lot of realizations in life. Some of them are:
• Make sure to spend your money on important things rather than unimportant ones so we won't regret it afterwards.
• Work harder to earn money than to do nothing; it is better to have money with your hard work than to always ask for money from your parents.
• We must accept sometimes the bad things that happen in our lives; maybe it's a way to make us stronger.
I'm happy to add another age to my life. I'm officially an adult (kind of). I'm hoping to have better days coming into my life. I wish to fulfill my dreams and achieve my goals in life. I gave a piece of chicken to my birthday cat, and he's eating it zestfully. He loves it. It's so nice seeing your cat add another year to his life too. Not just by you, but to both of you. After eating, he's sleeping again.
Even though it's my birthday, I'm still the one who gets food for our goat; I'm the one who feeds her. My mom was the one who got the grasses for our cow; she was such a hardworking mama.My family has become my motivation to study hard and to work harder.
I don't receive a gift from anyone, but it's okay; their greetings are what I wanted. I hope someday, on my next birthday, I achieve something—that I achieve one of my goals. I even posted on my story my GCash QR code on my Facebook account, hoping someone would send any amount, but no one did HAHHAHA, as expected.

I have 76 views on my story. Maybe some of you want to send me a birthday gift; I'd be more than thankful..
So far, I have had the best day. Hopefully, you too. Even though we're not completely family right now, I still felt complete in the presence of my mom and sister. I'm still so happy.
I hope you’re happy reading my blog. I would be delighted and appreciate it if you could leave your support along with your kind words in the comment section. Thank you. May you have a good day.🥰🥰
