In the first episode, how did we get to Sajek from Dhaka, some more sights on the way we traveled and details about how we spent the first day in Sajek.
Today I will tell you in detail about how we spent our second day in Sajak.
Day 2(23 Dec):
Early the next morning we woke up to see the game of clouds, the main attraction of Sajek.
It's like a sea of clouds in front of us. It seemed that I could touch the clouds if I raised my hand
Then we have breakfast from a hotel. For breakfast there was mountain potato fried, eggplant fried and mountain wheat bread. The taste was awesome in one word.
After breakfast we come back to the cottage and get ready. Now we will go to Kanlak hill. The Kanlak hills are not too far away. We get on our "Chader Gari" and it takes only 10 minutes to reach there. None of us sat in the car. Everyone sat on the roof of the car.
The Kanlak hills are about 2000 feet above the plains.
We are already 1800 feet above the ground. That means we will have to climb another 200 feet. But this time we will have to walk up the hill, not by car.
After about 20 minute's walk we climbed to the top. We were really fascinated by the beautiful view from the top of the hill.
We were there until noon. Then came back to our cottage.
We finished our lunch very early and went out to see the fountain. We have to walk again. But this time we have to go down. You have to walk down the dirt road about 1300 feet below. It was not an easy task at all. Although it is less difficult to get down, it will be much harder to get up. But we start the journey.

Then a little before evening we back to the cottage. Back at the cottage we all freshened up and then went to the hotel for dinner. We ate fried fish for dinner.
After dinner we returned to the cottage and chatted till late at night. Since this was our last night in Saje, we continued to enjoy the night and went to bed late.

The next day we will leave for Dhaka. However, as our return car was at night, I spent the whole day visiting some more places of interest in Khagrachhari city. I will talk about them in detail in the next episode.
