Today I visited and ate at one of the legendary and famous Aceh noodle shops, Mitana Cafe is a famous Aceh noodle shop and has been in my city for a long time, people often call this shop Wak Hasan, why? Because the owner of this cafe is named Wak Hasan and he has a very long process to be successful, the photo above is the front view of this Aceh noodle shop, it looks very crowded with visitors having lunch.
I have heard stories about Wak Hasan from people, the first time Wak Hasan did not own a building and only sold on the side of the road using shelves and steling, business will not betray results, I believe in that and it is true, Mitana Cafe or it is often called Wak Hasan has 3 large buildings and every day it is crowded with people who want to eat Wak Hasan's Acehnese noodles. The place does not have fancy decorations, like aceh noodle shop in general, only providing chairs, tables and others.
The service of this Aceh noodle shop is quite good, the waiter at the Aceh noodle shop looks friendly, when I sit down, the waiter immediately gives the best menu in this Acehnese shop. The price of each menu is fairly cheap with the quality and taste provided, I ordered sweet and sour Acehnese noodles with beef, the menu price is around 1.4 $, then my friend ordered sweet and sour Acehnese noodles with shrimp, the price is the same as my menu.
While waiting for my order to arrive, I asked permission from one of the waiters to take some pictures in the kitchen of this Aceh noodle shop, it looks like there are so many ingredients and spices on the table.
Besides the Acehnese noodle menu, I can also order the indomie menu, seen at the top right there is an indomie box for visitors who want to order indomie with Aceh spices.
Well, this is the atmosphere of this Aceh noodle shop's kitchen, there are 3 chefs available at this Aceh noodle shop, one of the advantages is that each menu will arrive quickly. Looks really busy in the kitchen and I don't want to ask any of the chefs anything, because I would interfere with their work.
Finally, after a few minutes I took pictures in the kitchen and chatting with my friends, finally my menu arrived, you can see the photo above, how delicious Acehnese noodles with meat.
