Hello Hivers ❤️❤️❤️ Good day, it's your dearest blogger . Welcome. Finally we are pre opening the restaurant and lounge (soft opening today). The essence of the soft opening is to do a light survey about the product and services, to see the extent of the staff professionalism, to be able to adjust and correct every errors again the grand opening day. Every customer served were asked to rate the meals they took, also to suggest if we should keep or not and to advice on the pricing.
CHALLENGES
As a manager this moment of pre opening is of utmost importance to me in the sense that information on how to run the organization properly is been gathered from it, it can also be challenging if as a manager, I fail to be observant and also to conduct a survey seeking the staffs opinion on what can be done right to fix whatever it is that has been done wrong. Failure to do this will jeopardize the success of the grand opening day.
