Hello GEMS Community today I share with you how to prepare some delicious onion rings, less I tell you that this is the `main appetizer of the parties and sharing that we do in my house, they can never miss are my favorite, so today I would like you to see how is the preparation and how easy it is.
The onion, is one of my favorite ingredients, which can never miss in my fridge, serves to complement and give that touch of flavor to all meals, so for those who love onions as this recipe will love it.
They are very simple and the best thing is that we can prepare them in our homes.
INGREDIENTS:
✅ 3 Onions.
✅2 Eggs
✅1 cup of wheat flour
✅1 cup of bread crumbs
✅Salt and pepper to taste.
✅3 tablespoons milk
✅ Cilantro
✅ Garlic powder
PROCEDURE
〽️Cut the rings, starting from the center outwards as the ones in the middle are larger.
〽️Then we make the rebosado with milk, eggs, wheat flour, garlic powder, salt, black pepper and chopped coriander, we mix everything until we get a thick and homogeneous mixture, and adding the touch of coriander will give it an extra touch of flavor.
The next step is to dredge each onion ring in wheat flour, then in the batter and finally in the breadcrumbs, until all the rings are completely covered.
〽️Now it is the turn of frying, in a previously preheated pan add enough oil to completely cover the rings.
〽️It is important to cook them when the oil is very hot so the rings will be cooked evenly, and best of all, they will absorb less oil and will be golden brown and crispy.
