Martes, 3 de agosto del 2021. En días anteriores indagué que se necesitaba para que los niños sacara la cédula por primera vez y como era el proceso. Una señora me comentó que había sacado la cédula de su hijo y estuvo que ir muy temprano al SAIME (servicio administrativo de identificación y migración y extranjería) de ya que recogen las partidas de nacimiento muy temprano, los niños deben tener nueve años y se regían por el terminal del numero de cédula de los padres.
Total ese día mi esposo se levantó a las 4 de la madrugada y se fue a pies, ya que no había carro. Cuando llegó había mucha gente para sacar cédula vencida o extraviada, pero de niños por primera vez, solo había una .

Jesús y yo nos quedamos en la casa para irnos mas tarde, a eso de las siete, de pronto mi esposo me llama para que nos fuéramos mas tempranos ya que podían llamar a Jesús para alguna cosa, nos bañamos , nos vestimos rápido y nos fuimos a la parada, esperamos casi una hora, no había carro, cuando al fin venía uno nos montamos , llamo a mi esposo, que vamos en camino, de repente el carro se apagó y no prendió mas , las personas comenzaron a salirse , igual nosotros y mi esposo llamando ; apúrate. Dios que angustia para llegar.
Cuando íbamos caminando en busca de otro carro, venia uno y corrimos para poder montarnos.Gracias a Dios ya estábamos montados en el carro, ahora volví a llamar a mi esposo y le dije: vamos en camino . Cuando llegamos al SAIME, era una locura entre el montón de personas y el sol inclemente, no hay ni un toldo para la gente cubrirse del sol.
Después de verificar la partida, llaman a los niños para hacer la reseña: donde viven, color de los ojos , muchas preguntas le hacen, al final marcan las huellas, ahora a esperar que lo llamen para las fotos.

Gracias a Dios mi muchacho tiene cédula de identidad, aunque no la han entregado, pero realizó el proceso.
