Después de las malas políticas económicas y sociales aplicadas por los gobernantes venezolanos se desató un fenómeno nunca visto en la historia de Venezuela la emigración de millones de venezolanos entre ellos la mayoría jóvenes en busca de un futuro mejor para ellos y su familiares.

Lo mismo viven las personas que desde los Estados fronterizos del país, Táchira, Apure y Zulia tratan de salir de Venezuela pasando ríos y selvas para poder llegar a Colombia y luego de irse a Perú, Ecuador o otro país, pero no es sólo salir si no poder ver las graves casos de violación hacia las mujeres que tratan de salir del país de familias que han sido despejadas de sus ahorros que lograron obtener para irse del país y que se ven en la necesidad de regresarse sin nada.
