REFLEXIÓN/DÉCIMAS
Si una culebra te pica
en la parte prohibida
cuidado y pierdes la vida
por esa herida maldita.
Agárrate una pepita
de la mata de merey
a la que le dicen mamey
y te la metes en la boca
masticas a cuenta gotas
sabiendo que eres el rey.
Si eres rey o vagabundo
no le importa a la serpiente
así seas presidente
todos somos de este mundo
No importa si eres oriundo
de un continente cualquiera
o saltes la talanquera
de un plano para otro plano
por eso somos hermanos
sea invierno o primavera.
En la vida siempre habrá
quien nos quiera lastimar
sea de tierra o sea del mar
donde estés encontrarás
esa aguja en el pajar
que te coloca la vida
para que nunca te despidas
y aprendas a respetar
porque tienes que lograr
las conquistas de tu vida.
REFLECTION/DECIMALS
If a snake bites you
in a forbidden place,
beware, or you'll lose your life
from that cursed wound.
Grab a seed
from the cashew tree,
the one they call mamey,
and put it in your mouth,
chew it drop by drop,
knowing you are king.
Whether you are king or vagabond,
it doesn't matter to the snake,
even if you are president,
we are all of this world.
It doesn't matter if you are from
any continent
or jump the fence
from one plane to another,
that's why we are brothers,
whether it's winter or spring.
In life there will always be
someone who wants to hurt us,
whether from land or sea,
wherever you are you will find
that needle in the haystack
that life places there for you
so that you never say goodbye
and you learn to respect,
because you have to achieve
the conquests of your life.
