I have many beautiful memories of Greece. When I first went there, (I was 25) I stayed near Athens for two weeks. I also took a boat trip once, we sailed over to the island of Hydra. I painted this watercolor based on one of the photos taken there. It came out a long time ago among my many old drawings and paintings, and I’m so glad I found it.
Then I took photo of the painting and played with the colors and tones a bit.
