Hola a toda la comunidad Hive, ¿como estan? espero que muy bien, en esta nueva publicacion les hablare sobre el respeto y como aplicarlo, les interesa saber un poco mas?, pues sean bienvenidos a un nuevo relato.
Hello to all the Hive community, how are you? I hope very well, in this new publication I will talk about respect and how to apply it, are you interested in knowing a little more? well, welcome to a new story.
El respeto es un componente muy importante tanto de la identidad personal como de las relaciones interpersonales. Sentirse respetado podria considerarse un derecho humano basico, la falta de respeto es algo muy importante que puede traer consigo rupturas de relaciones e incluso violencia.
Respect is a very important component of both personal identity and interpersonal relationships. Feeling respected could be considered a basic human right, lack of respect is something very important that can lead to relationship breakdowns and even violence.
Es un concepto que hace referencia a la capacidad de valorar y honrar a otros, tanto sus palabras como sus acciones, aunque no aprobemos todo lo que haga. El respeto es aceptar a la otra persona y no pretender cambiarla, respetar a alguien no es juzgarla por sus actitudes, conductas o pensamientos, no se le reprocha nada ni esperamos que sea de otra forma.
It is a concept that refers to the ability to value and honor others, both their words and their actions, even if we do not approve of everything they do. Respect is accepting the other person and not trying to change them, respecting someone is not judging them for their attitudes, behaviors or thoughts, we do not reproach them for anything or expect them to be otherwise.
Un tema que me preocupa enormemente en la actualidad es este precisamente ya que este valor tan importante como es el respeto se ha ido perdiendo poco a poco en el pais, muchas veces me ha tocado presenciar hijos gritandoles a sus padres, y diciendole palabras muy fuertes, y no solamente en la casa, sino en los colegios y trabajos es muy triste para ser sincero.
An issue that worries me greatly today is precisely this because this important value such as respect has been lost little by little in the country, many times I have witnessed children yelling at their parents, and saying very strong words, and not only at home, but in schools and jobs is very sad to be honest.
A continuacion les dire un poco como aplicar el respeto.
I will now tell you a little about how to apply respect
En El Hogar: Para desarrollar el respeto en el hogar debe existir una comunicacion abierta y es esencial, es decir todos los integrantes deben ser honestos, sinceros con una confianza entre si, la verdad que de alli sale el respeto desde la buena formacion de los padres incluso los regaños necesarios nos ha ayudado a respetar a los demas.
At Home: To develop respect at home there must be an open communication and it is essential, that is to say, all the members must be honest, sincere and trust each other, the truth is that from there comes the respect from the good formation of the parents, even the necessary scolding has helped us to respect others.
El Colegio: Yo considero que despues del hogar otro lugar en donde se tiene que aplicar el respeto esencialmente seria en la formacion del estudiante prepararlo desde muy pequeño a saber respetar, la educacion es el alma mas poderosa que tenemos siempre he considerado eso.
The School: I believe that after the home, another place where respect has to be applied essentially would be in the formation of the student, preparing him from a very young age to know how to respect, education is the most powerful soul we have, I have always considered that.
Trabajo: El respeto en el trabajo tambien debe ser un aspecto muy importante a considerar, ya que se debe tener buenas relaciones laborales con los compañeros, y es importante recordar que sin el trabajo en equipo las cosas no marcharian muy bien, y otra persona que merece todo nuestro respeto seria el dueño de la empresa o mejor dicho el jefe, que aunque en ocasiones hayan diferencias el respeto siempre por delante.
Work: Respect at work should also be a very important aspect to consider, since we must have good working relationships with colleagues, and it is important to remember that without teamwork things would not go very well, and another person who deserves all our respect would be the owner of the company or rather the boss, that although sometimes there are differences respect always ahead.
El respeto se tiene que ir rescatando poco a poco en nuestro pais, para tener mejores convivencias con las personas que nos rodean, no hay nada mejor que respetar y ser respetado es lo que deberia de suceder actualmente.
Respect has to be rescued little by little in our country, to have better coexistence with the people around us, there is nothing better than to respect and be respected is what should happen today.
