I have a sweet tooth, but recently I saw how it makes my body bloated. My face included. I plan to slowly cut sugar to my diet and avoid eating desserts and sugary drinks. It's taking a toll on me already. Maybe, I should implement a calorie deficit as well and add some exercise. It wouldn't be easy but it's for the best especially I don't want to look so big before my upcoming graduation. Haha!
