It offers many properties for the body for being rich in potassium, magnesium, vitamins B6 and C, in addition, it has pectin, an excellent fiber to regulate digestive functions.

• It is ideal for people who diet, since it calms the anxiety that leads us to consume foods with more calories.
• Helps to maintain blood sugar levels, since it has very low glycemic index despite being sweet.
• Reduces the risk of heart disease.
• It is ideal for people suffering from constipation due to its high fiber content.
• Helps keep the immune system healthy, due to its vitamin C and B6 content.
• Strengthens muscles and maintains healthy bones.
Now that you know the health benefits of bananas, I am going to share with you a rich, cheap and very easy recipe with this fruit, "Crispy Banana Bars", they are ideal bars for snacks, for go for a walk, take to school, work, they are very easy to carry, delicious and low in calories.
The ingredients you must have to prepare this recipe are:
-4 bananas.
-1 cup of wheat flour.
-1 / 2 cup of sugar.
-1/4 cup of butter.
-A pinch of salt.

Preparation:
First in a container, incorporate the cup of flour, 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/4 of butter and the salt, incorporate using your hands until you form a lumpy dough as you see in the photo, when you have the dough ready, put it in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Then you should cut the bananas into slices and brown them in a pan over low heat with a tablespoon of melted butter and a tablespoon of sugar.
When you have the golden bananas ready, grease a tray and place the lumpy dough first and add the banana on top, put it in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 C.

As time passes, take it out of the oven, let it cool and cut the bars, and voila !!! Enjoy this delicious snack and the multiple benefits of the banana.
