Saludos mis queridos lectores de HIVE, hoy un día especial para la mujer del mundo, un día para reflexionar, un día muy importante, en el cual muchas mujeres levantaron su voz, una lucha por un salario digno, una reivindicación hacia la mujer que debía salir de su casa, con un simple objetivo, trabajar para poder sustentar su hogar, esa mujer que no solo trabajaba en su hogar, eran mujeres que todos los días laboraban arduas horas, eran humilladas y muchas de ellas sufrían de acoso sexual.
Greetings my dear readers of HIVE, today is a special day for the women of the world, a day to reflect, a very important day, in which many women raised their voices, a struggle for a living wage, a vindication to the woman who had to leave her home, with a simple objective, to work to support her home, that woman who not only worked at home, they were women who every day worked hard hours, were humiliated and many of them suffered sexual harassment.
Hoy la mujer ha transformado las empresas, textiles, fabricas, centros de salud, medios de comunicación social, en fin hoy la mujer se levanta todos los días muy temprano a preparar el desayuno y almuerzo antes de salir de su hogar, dedica ocho o más horas de trabajo remunerado y regresa a su hogar a prepara la cena, limpiar el hogar, y atender a sus hijos y esposo. Una ardua tarea, que aún en el siglo XXI, el trabajo del hogar sigue sin ser tomado en cuenta.
Today women have transformed companies, textiles, factories, health centers, social media, in short, today women get up very early every day to prepare breakfast and lunch before leaving home, dedicate eight or more hours of paid work and return home to prepare dinner, clean the house, and take care of their children and husband. An arduous task, and even in the 21st century, housework is still not taken into account.
Mi experiencia como mujer, ha sido muy satisfactoria, madre, esposa y como si fuera poca, luego de haber sido madre decidí estudiar, luego de tres años de sueño perdido, fines de semana estudiando, sacrificios en lo que respecta a fiestas, paseos, compartir entre amigos y familiares. Hoy después de algunos años ejerciendo mi profesión, reconozco que el esfuerzo y constancia valen la pena. He logrado el respecto de mis compañeros de trabajo, he crecido profesionalmente, logrando una de mis mayores experiencia, el ser MUJER.
My experience as a woman has been very satisfactory, mother, wife and as if that were not enough, after being a mother I decided to study, after three years of lost sleep, weekends studying, sacrifices in terms of parties, walks, sharing with friends and family. Today, after a few years practicing my profession, I recognize that the effort and perseverance are worth it. I have achieved the respect of my coworkers, I have grown professionally, achieving one of my greatest experiences, being a WOMAN.
A ti mujer, que sales de la tranquilidad de tu casa, luego de dejar todo en orden, y regresas cansada, mereces ser respetada, mereces obtener un justo salario, mereces ser reivindicada en tú sitio de trabajo. No permitas que la lucha de aquellas 123 mujeres que murieron en un trágico incendio en la fábrica Triangle Shirtwaist de Nueva York, hoy es un día para continuar la lucha por la igualdad, la participación y el empoderamiento de la mujer en todos los ámbitos de nuestra sociedad.
To you, woman, who leave the tranquility of your home, after leaving everything in order, and return tired, you deserve to be respected, you deserve to get a fair wage, you deserve to be vindicated in your workplace. Do not let the struggle of those 123 women who died in a tragic fire at the Triangle Shirtwaist Factory in New York, today is a day to continue the fight for equality, participation and empowerment of women in all areas of our society.
