Durante mucho tiempo, había escuchado de esta red social, pues mi padre @Ylich y mi hermano 
Mi nombre es Liber Orsini, soy venezolano. Nací en Caracas, tengo 23 años. Soy hipoacúsico desde que nací, una condición que me ha dejado aprendizajes, experiencias de vida, e incluso grandes amistades. Soy bachiller graduado en ciencias. Practiqué natación durante casi 8 años en una escuela de natación donde estuve becado. Formé parte del Sistema Nacional de Orquestas y Coros Juveniles e Infantiles de Venezuela, donde me destaqué como trompetista por casi 5 años. También participé en la Escuela Gratuita de Jóvenes comunicadores de La Librería Mediática, donde junto a mi hermano Iker realizamos una práctica radial en el que hablamos principalmente de la cultura caraqueña.
Un rasgo que siempre me ha caracterizado es que soy muy curioso. De niño yo era muy preguntón, mis deseos de conocer el porqué de las cosas, estaban ahí siempre. Mis padres siempre me ayudaron a aprovechar el potencial de esa curiosidad. En esa etapa de mi infancia, mi mamá representó una muy excelente maestra dentro del hogar, me regaló muchísimos libros, con los que me enseñó a leer, pensar, analizar, reflexionar, y crear un vínculo especial con los mismos, también estimuló las actividades de manualidades y me la pasaba haciendo creaciones con materiales reciclables. Y mi papá, que es un hombre muy culto, gran lector, músico, y desarrollador web, también influyó muchísimo en mi educación y crecimiento, él siempre tuvo algo de tiempo para atender mis inquietudes y enseñarme de muchos temas a pesar de tener la mente muy puesta en trabajo. Mi papá frente a la computadora, me enseñó cosas través de ella, incluso hizo juegos interactivos para que aprendiéramos a sumar, restar, multiplicar, dividir ¡y muchas cosas más! Y como se imaginarán, yo a esa edad infantil también quería hacer mis juegos, y por supuesto, mi papá me enseñó a programarlos. Me dí cuenta de lo increíble que era trabajar en una computadora y crear cosas con ellas, toda esta combinación de experiencias, la parte de investigación, análisis, crear, hacer uso de herramientas tecnológicas, me llevó a descubrir que me mueve mucho el área científica, pensé “¡Estudiaré ingeniería!”
Lo cierto es que, la fantasía de hacer creaciones mediante ingeniería (Mecánica, electrónica, etc) parecía ser algo realizable a largo plazo. Sabía que iba a necesitar culminar unos estudios, una carrera, conseguir un trabajo, y hacer muchísimas cosas antes de realizar sueños ambiciosos. Yo muy joven ya estaba decidido a todo aquello, sin embargo, en mi etapa de adolescencia fue cuando descubrí algo que me abrió los ojos ante un mundo muy nuevo para mí y lleno de muchísimas posibilidades. Descubrí el software libre, eso despertó en mí una pasión por el campo informático, no me imaginaba que conocería un concepto y filosofía donde dentro de él podría enriquecerme y enriquecer a otros, eso me gustó tanto que finalmente me incliné hacia esa área y lo relacionado con la computación.
Mi intención en la plataforma es hablar principalmente de software libre y temas relacionados con la computación. Eso sí, también me gustaría compartir y conocer sobre otros temas como películas, libros, juegos y quién sabe qué otras cosas más! Espero hacer muchos amigos aquí, nos vemos en los próximos posts!

My name is Liber Orsini, I am Venezuelan. I was born in Caracas, I am 23 years old. I am hearing impaired since I was born, a condition that has left me learnings, life experiences, and even great friendships. I have a bachelor's degree in science. I practiced swimming for almost 8 years in a swimming school where I was on scholarship. I was part of the National System of Youth and Children's Orchestras and Choirs of Venezuela, where I excelled as a trumpet player for almost 5 years. I also participated in the Free School for Young Communicators of La Librería Mediática, where together with my brother Iker we did a radio practice in which we talked mainly about the culture of Caracas.
A trait that has always characterized me is that I am very curious. As a child I was very inquisitive, my desire to know the why of things was always there. My parents always helped me to harness the potential of that curiosity. At that stage of my childhood, my mother was a very excellent teacher at home, she gave me lots of books, with which she taught me to read, think, analyze, reflect, and create a special bond with them, she also encouraged craft activities and I spent time making creations with recyclable materials. And my dad, who is a very cultured man, a great reader, musician, and web developer, also had a great influence in my education and growth, he always had some time to attend to my concerns and teach me about many subjects despite having his mind very focused on work. My dad, in front of the computer, taught me things through it, he even made interactive games for us to learn how to add, subtract, multiply, divide and many other things! And as you can imagine, at that childish age I also wanted to make my own games, and of course, my dad taught me how to program them. I realized how amazing it was to work on a computer and create things with them, all this combination of experiences, the part of research, analysis, creating, making use of technological tools, led me to discover that I am very motivated by the scientific area, I thought "I will study engineering!"
The truth is that the fantasy of making creations through engineering (mechanics, electronics, etc.) seemed to be something achievable in the long term. I knew that I would need to finish my studies, a career, get a job, and do a lot of things before realizing ambitious dreams. I was very young and I was already determined to do all that, however, in my adolescence was when I discovered something that opened my eyes to a very new world for me and full of many possibilities. I discovered free software, that awakened in me a passion for the computer field, I did not imagine that I would know a concept and philosophy where within it could enrich me and enrich others, I liked it so much that I finally leaned towards that area and related to computing.
My intention on the platform is to talk mainly about free software and computer related topics. Of course, I would also like to share and learn about other topics such as movies, books, games and who knows what else! I hope to make many friends here, see you in the next posts.
