Muy buenas mis queridos lectores, espero que se encuentren excelente, como se habran dado cuenta ultimamnete he estado publicando y eso me tiene bastante contenta, solo dire que se vienen cosas buenas. El dia de hoy les quiero comentar un poco como son las pasantias que estoy realizando en la empresa PRECA que estaria culminando en Enero si todo sale bien, espero que les guste mucho este post, asi tendran una idea de como es el proceso y las actividades que desempeño en relacion a lo que estudio .
Sin mas preambulo comencemos.

El 16 de Noviembre comence mis pasantias en la empresa, lo primero que hice fue dar un recorrido en toda la sucursal, mi tutor de pasantes me enseño todo el procedimiento que se maneja en el interior, desde la estructura organizacional hasta los productos que se almacenan, presentandome a todos los trabajadores y a la vez diciendome en que se enfocan, desde administradores hasta vigilantes y empleados de liempieza. Yo realmente me encontraba nerviosa pero a la vez emocionada, la verdad me sentia chiquita delante de todos, sin embargo actue de la mejor manera y profesionalmente, no les mentire sabia el trabajo arduo que me tocaria pero decidi aceptarlo .
Ya despues el Señor Julio que vendria siendo mi tutor me explico cual es mi trabajo, y resulta que unas de las actividades que debo desempeñar es un lenvantamiento de informacion, en que se basa esto ¿? Bueno, llevo una encuenta con ciertas preguntas personales y otras generales, eso lo llevo a negocios relacionados a lo que vende la empresa PRECA, vendria siendo ferreteria general o materiales de construccion, sin embargo actualmente ellos vende productos de alimentos y limpieza, por ende eso me llevo a preguntar en negocios que vendan esos mismo productos, no muy grandes porque los supermercados grandes tienen su propia distruibuidoras .
On November 16th I started my internship in the company, the first thing I did was to take a tour throughout the branch, my internship tutor showed me all the procedures that are handled inside, from the organizational structure to the products that are stored, introducing me to all the workers and at the same time telling me what they focus on, from administrators to security guards and cleaning employees. I was really nervous but at the same time excited, the truth is I felt small in front of everyone, however I acted in the best way and professionally, I will not lie I knew the hard work that I would have to do but I decided to accept it.
Then Mr. Julio, who would be my tutor, explained to me what my job is, and it turns out that one of the activities that I have to perform is an information gathering, what is this based on? Well, I took a survey with some personal questions and other general questions, I took it to businesses related to what the company PRECA sells, it would be general hardware or construction materials, however currently they sell food and cleaning products, therefore that led me to ask in businesses that sell those same products, not very big because the big supermarkets have their own distributors.
Les confieso que la primera semana fue dificil porque recorrer el centro e ir negocios en negocios donde debo convenserlos de que me respondan unas preguntas no es nada facil amigos, me costo mucho, sin embargo eso poco a poco me ha ayudado a desenvolverme mejor, en cuanto a hablar y influir en las personas, asi que si de algo me ha ayudado, pero si me ha tocado bastante fuerte, ir todos los dias al centro, el sol, la lluvia, pasaje, caminar mucho, todo eso me ha traido un poco de estrés, ademas que debo vaciar la informacion en Excel al llegar.
No hace poco hable con el señor sobre las actividades que debo desempeñar, y estos dias he ido a la empresa a facturar en la computadora, realmente no es nada del otro mundo, aprendi muy rapido, los empleados se sorpendieron de lo bien que facturaba, lo que puedo decir es que me cuesta algo en la atencion al cliente, y no me refiero a que doy mal servicio si no mas que no estoy al corriente de todo lo que se vende en la empresa, por ende se han llegado varios clientes a preguntarme por productos que ellos ni saben el nombre y yo quedo peor, si les soy sincera lo recuerdo y me da mucha risa .

Not long ago I spoke with the man about the activities that I have to perform, and these days I have gone to the company to invoice on the computer, it is really nothing special, I learned very quickly, the employees were surprised at how well I billed, what I can say is that it costs me something in customer service, and I do not mean that I give bad service if not more that I am not aware of everything that is sold in the company, therefore several customers have come to ask me for products that they do not even know the name and I am worse, if I'm honest I remember it and gives me a lot of laughter.
Ya despues me toca hacer una propuesta a la empresa, donde analizare cuales son lso productos que mas se venden en el mercado de acuerdo a la informacion que adquiera del levantamiento de informacion, todavia no he empezado hacer eso porque no he tenido tiempo para ello, pero en estos dias empiezo, tambien debo averiguar como Preca maneja sus redes sociales, en cuanto a publicidad, es muy importante porque debo ponerlo como una actividad que desempeñe, pero lamentablemente debo adquirir informacion desde lejos porque la publicidad la maneja la sucursal principal en barquisimeto, asi que me toca inventar un poquito .
Bueno eso es todo lo que he hecho, todavia me falta mucho por hacer, debo recorrer otras zonas para seguir con el levantamiento de informacion, debo ir adelantando mi informe de pasantias mas la propuesta que debo llevar a la empresa, pero bueno tengo fe en que todo me saldra bien al igual que la tesis, ese es otra cosa me gustaria platicarles en otro post pero sera un gran video que hare al terminar mi presentacion de tesis y les dare detalle de todo .
