It's Friday morning or should I say TGIF 😄..Today, after I woke up and make some fried mee and hot milo for breakfast. I will introduce my side dishes for my fried mee is the local food "fermented bambangan or the fermented Mangifera Pajang''. Mangifera pajang is a species of tree in the family Anacardiaceae. It is endemic to Borneo, where it is known by the native name Bambangan. It is easy to make and easily available at "Tamu" or local market in Sabah. Usually local people in Sabah will eat it together with "ikan masin goreng" and white rice 😄..You should try it when you come to Sabah in the future..
