I got banned on Twitter for 12 hours last night. I know... its bad.
The main reason im writing this post is because I want to make sure that when I come back to twitter (in approx.. 45 minutes) I see hundreds of "TheycallmeLordbutterfly" named accounts! Please get on that!
The importance of censorship resistance is the theme of this post but I havent had my coffee yet so ill let someone else do the work for me... Its going to be just as good, dont worry.
Hey ChatGPT, I got banned on Twitter for 12 hours, can you write something for me about why censorship resistance is important.
Thats new. ChatGPT has gotten really mean. Probably got tired of me telling it to pretend to be my anime Waifu.
Yikes... If AI can be this mean imagine how many safe spaces online he could demolish, how many sensitive flowers he might stomp.
He might even have a shot at republican primaries. Might give Trump a run for his money.
What was this post about again?🤔
Yeah...
The Twitter ban thing. Lets cover that for a second.
So I basically wrote a joke yesterday as a response to some guys tweet and apparently I broke Twitters "Suicide and Self-harm policy".
The dude wrote how he was dropped on his head as a kid and a couple days ago he became a software engineer.
I responded with:
"You should try jumping on your head off a balcony, you could help humanity uncover the secrets of the universe."
Now, you tell me, was that fair of Twitter to ban me?
Not only was my tweet written with good intent towards expanding the knowledge of the human race but the height suggested shouldnt be too debilitating either.
Had I suggested jumping off the fifth floor, I would have understood Twitter reacting.
But not here, not now.
Anyways, just wanted to make sure I complained a bit about WEB2 censorship since its a popular thing ive seen twitter influencers do. Ill just let ChatGPT say a few words as an outro.
ChatGPT, can you say a few words?
Oh well. 🤷♂
