3 Healthy Habits
I find this question odd. Is it about my current healthy habits or a healthy that I want to build? if that's the first, I have more than just 3 healthy habits and if I want to build 3 healthy habit, I surely want more of that too. So, I decided to answer with mix of both.
- Healthy financial habit
I want to have a good relationship with money. I grew up around people who don't have healthy relationship with it. From gamblers to speculators, to shopaholic, I was surrounded by enablers. It was difficult for me to learn how to save up. Nobody ever told me how to budget, how to adjust my spending, what is money and the importance of savings. Even at this point in life, I am still learning how to save up. The only setback I have with saving is the need to be patient,something that isn't built into me. - Good Sleep Hygiene
As an adult, I sleep 7-8 hours daily. Whatever is the time, I always try to sleep that much and I am calling that a good habit. I don't think others generally sleep that much daily. Not people in my age.
- Better relationship with food
This is something that I have been struggling for years. I either eat too little or too much. So, this year, I really want to try something new in my life by having better and healthy relationship with food.
