In my family we are all moviegoers, on weekends we sit on the sofa in front of the TV with some snacks and we enjoy a good movie. Everyone has their personal tastes about the genre of the film, I personally like romantic comedies.

There's something about Mary is a romantic comedy that I really liked and made me laugh out loud, it's about a nerdy teenager who falls in love with a very beautiful but very kind woman, the young man thinks that she pays no attention to him but she does know his name and for fortuitous reasons, she invites him to the high school prom. The day the protagonist looks for her at her house to go to the dance is when a series of events that will make you die of laughter begins, for me, they are among the most hilarious scenes in the film.
The protagonist ends up in the hospital and the young woman moves to another city, the years go by and he cannot forget his first love, so he hires a private detective to find her whereabouts.
Mary has become a beautiful and successful woman, living with one of her former neighbors, who in turn has a small dog. The scenes with the dog are iconic and make you laugh a lot, they are one of my favorites.
The film also revolves around other male characters who are also in love with Mary, hence the name of the film as they all do crazy things to conquer Mary. All of Mary's suitors have a dark and very funny side that makes you laugh and love the movie.
It is a film that I recommend to see and enjoy with the family, you will surely laugh a lot. But don't forget the popcorn and the snacks.
