Como les dije en la primera y segunda parte del relato de esta experiencia de conocer Los Roques (por segunda vez, ya que la primera vez que fui tenía como 10 años y no lo recuerdo muy bien) estar allí es estar en un paraíso terrenal pues se puede apreciar la majestuosidad de la naturaleza.
As I told you in the first and second part of the story of this experience of getting to know Los Roques (for the second time, since the first time I went I was about 10 years old and I don't remember it very well) being there is to be in an earthly paradise because you can appreciate the majesty of nature.
La fauna no deja de impresionar, en cada paso que des verás una hermosa gaviota como queriendo socializar contigo, por supuesto queriendo a cambio algún snack que podamos darles aunque no deberíamos.
The wildlife never ceases to impress, every step you take you will see a beautiful seagull as if wanting to socialize with you, of course wanting in return some snack that we can give them even though we should not.
En uno de los tantos bajos, las estrellas de mar parecen puntitos naranjas que adornan el fondo del mar. Aquí es importante resaltar que son especies marinas y que sacarlas de su habita es condenarlas a morir, por lo que debemos observarlas y no extraerlas del agua.
In one of the many shallows, the starfish look like little orange dots adorning the bottom of the sea. Here it is important to emphasize that they are marine species and that to remove them from their habitat is to condemn them to die, so we must observe them and not remove them from the water.
Pero la verdadera magia ocurre al mirar el degradé de colores en el horizonte, desde el más tenue y cristalino de la orilla del mar, pasando por tonos verdes y azules que se unen con la línea infinita en la que conjugan el mar y el cielo.
But the real magic happens when you look at the gradient of colors on the horizon, from the faintest and most crystalline of the seashore, through shades of green and blue that merge with the infinite line in which the sea and the sky meet.
