Solo necesitas:
1 taza de arroz
2 taza de agua
You just need:
1 cup of rice
2 cup of water
Procedimiento: En un envase agregaremos la taza de arroz y la de agua, la dejamos reposar tapada por aproximadamente 5 horas, luego botamos esa agua y lavamos muy bien el arroz hasta que el agua salga limpia, procedemos agregar el arroz en la licuadora con una taza de agua licuamos por 1 minuto, colamos y el agua que nos queda lo pondremos en una olla a fuego bajo por 3 minutos o hasta que espese tenemos que estar moviendo constantemente para que no se pegue una vez esté listo apagamos y dejamos reposar para guardarlo en un envase con tapa

Modo de uso: Vamos aplicar una buena cantidad en la zona que queramos, esparcimos bien y dejamos actuar por 15 minutos y retiramos con abundante agua. Solo debemos usarla en la noche y 4 veces a la semana

Nota importante: Está mascarilla nos puede durar aproximadamente 5 días en la nevera no más de eso, lo que nos quedó de arroz después de licuarlo podemos usarlo como exfoliante le agregamos un chorrito de aceite de coco o cualquier aceite de tu preferencia
