Pedí un domicilio a la tienda
y vino de extraña manera,
la trajo un globo sin pereza
en una caja de madera.
Todo venía congelado
por eso traje la chimenea de al lado,
descongelé los alimentos preciados
y me comí una pizza que había solicitado.
I ordered delivery from the store,
and it arrived in a strange way,
brought by a balloon without delay,
in a wooden box.
Everything was frozen,
so I brought the fireplace from next door,
thawed the precious food,
and ate the pizza I had ordered.
En mi ausencia, de la caja de madera,
salió una estrella
y un insecto que vivía cerca
la observó y vino por ella.
La tomó y se la llevó,
en ese instante entré a la habitación,
se la quité sin temor
y el animal enfadado se marchó.
In my absence, from the wooden box,
a star emerged,
and an insect that lived nearby
noticed it and came for it.
It took it and carried it away,
at that moment, I entered the room,
took it away without fear,
and the angry animal left.
Tomé el globo de la caja
y amarré la estrella con esperanza,
los dejé libres, para ver si volaban
y los dos se elevaron de forma acelerada.
El globo la estrella se llevó
y en el cielo pasean sin restricción,
aquel astro a su hogar volvió
y muy feliz de ayudar me sentí yo.
I took the balloon out of the box
and tied the star to it with hope,
I let them go, to see if they would fly,
and they both rose rapidly.
The balloon carried the star away,
and they wander freely in the sky,
that star returned to its home,
and I felt very happy to have helped.
