Hey, people what's up, welcome to my new post, Hope you are going to enjoy it. Would like to share a few things about this painting.
- This is my first painting on a big canvas. Before this, I have done lots of artwork but on a small canvas and on watercolor paper. And almost every artwork of mine consists of lots of detailed work.
- This time I have given a trial to modern art.
- Another good part is, this painting is no more with me as it's on the wall of my client as it seems very attractive to him and he loved the colors and the look as a whole.
Materials used for this painting.
- Canvas (size - 2'0''x4'0'')
- Charcoal stick.
- Acrylic Colors.
- Black marker from the sharpie.
PROCESS.
I have a few process pictures as I went with the flow while making this artwork.
After so many thoughts on my mind, I started with the basic sketch with a charcoal stick.
Why I have used a charcoal stick?
According to my experience, one can easily dust it off with a cloth so, that one can see light lines, and less paint is required to cover them as well. Otherwise, I have tried pencil on canvas but if you can use a pencil with a light hand then it's good otherwise you need more paint to hide it properly.
This was the initial sketch directly on the canvas.
I started it with yellow, blue and red.
and to highlight yellow, blue, and red I used shades of grey and black color for the rest of the painting.
I hope you liked this artwork.
This is the final look of the display. See you in the next post.
