Me emociona la idea de ser parte de esta hermosa comunidad, y para iniciar, haré una breve descripción de lo que soy. Me llamo Melymar Del Valle Alvarez Ruiz, tengo 17 años de edad, soy venezolana y vivo en Altagracia de Orituco-Estado Guárico.
I am excited to be part of this beautiful community, and to start, I will make a brief description of who I am. My name is Melymar Del Valle Alvarez Ruiz, I am 17 years old, I am Venezuelan and I live in Altagracia de Orituco, Guárico State.
Mi familia, una pequeña y acogedora familia, me rodeo de mis padres y 3 hermanos, soy la segunda de ellos. Lo que soy, es gracias a ellos, han aportado su valioso tiempo en mí, así como el mío para ellos.
My family, a small and cozy family, I surround myself with my parents and 3 siblings, I am the second of them. What I am, is thanks to them, they have contributed their valuable time in me, as well as mine for them.
Y mi linda perrita, Sophie, como olvidarla, lleva ya 7 años junto a nosotros. Considero que, los animales, forman una parte de nuestro apoyo, y sin ella no sabría qué sería de mí. En la foto de arriba puedes observarla a ella junto a mi hermano pequeño, es tan adorable esa foto, y también puedes observar la unión que se tienen ambos.
And my cute little dog, Sophie, how can I forget her, she has been with us for 7 years now. I consider that animals are part of our support, and without her I wouldn't know what would become of me. In the photo above you can see her with my little brother, it is so adorable, and you can also see the bond they have with each other.
Ahora bien, al momento de describirme la primera palabra que reluce es “extrovertida”, ya que disfruto expresar mis pensamientos y mis sentimientos en cualquier momento, y así ayudarme a mí misma y a otras personas; ayudando a otros cada vez que pueda, siempre me hará estar bien.
Now, when describing myself, the first word that stands out is "extroverted", as I enjoy expressing my thoughts and feelings at any time, and thus helping myself and other people; helping others whenever I can, will always make me feel good.
La verdad no soy de hacer solo una cosa, me fascina la idea de conocer y experimentar nuevos campos. Hasta ahora, me he centrado es en la música; La música es algo representativo en mi vida, puesto que me ha ayudado a muchas cosas, entre ellas poder conectarme conmigo misma, desde pequeña me gusta cantar y cada día crece más el sueño de poder ser alguien de este entorno. En el 2017 ingrese a una academia de música llanera, en la que participé en un festival y obtuve el 4to lugar, fue una experiencia única y aprendí muchas cosas en toda esa trayectoria.
The truth is that I am not a person who does only one thing, I am fascinated by the idea of knowing and experiencing new fields. So far, I have focused is on music; Music is something representative in my life, since it has helped me to many things, including being able to connect with myself, since I was little I like to sing and every day grows more the dream of being someone in this environment. In 2017 I entered an academy of llanera music, in which I participated in a festival and got the 4th place, it was a unique experience and I learned many things in all that trajectory.
La visión de ser música, me llevó a la práctica de guitarra, en la Orquesta Sinfónica de mi municipio, pero por diversos problemas tuve que abandonarla, sin embargo, la gran parte de lo que se, ha sido por la constancia y dedicación que le he implementado. Y, aspiro que mi próximo instrumento a practicar sea el piano.
The vision of being a musician, led me to practice guitar in the Symphony Orchestra of my town, but for various problems I had to abandon it, however, much of what I know, has been for the perseverance and dedication that I have implemented. And I hope that my next instrument to practice will be the piano.
Ahora, otro aspecto representativo en mí, es el dibujar. Crecí en una familia en la cual mi madre y hermana son muy buenas haciéndolo, así que viendo y practicando, pude ir logrando los resultados que buscaba.
Now, another representative aspect in me is drawing. I grew up in a family where my mother and sister are very good at it, so by watching and practicing, I was able to achieve the results I was looking for.
Y bueno, te había mencionado que adoro experimentar, así que no solo hago las 3 cosas que ya les describí, me gusta mucho bailar, y el deporte, como olvidarme de él. He practicado el futbol desde 5to grado y participado en varios campeonatos. Todo esto me ha representado y disfruto poder representarlos también.
And well, I had mentioned that I love to experiment, so not only do I do the 3 things I already described, I love to dance, and sports, how can I forget about it. I have played soccer since 5th grade and participated in several championships. All of this has represented me and I enjoy being able to represent you as well.
Otra cosa que me gustaría contarte fue mi experiencia al graduarme en medio de la pandemia. Faltaban solo 4 meses para hacerlo, y un día sin pensarlo el sueño de un acto de graduación se fue. La idea de solo pensarlo me desmotivaba y me llenaba de tristeza, pero, al pasar de los días y ya acercándose el día iban surgiendo motivaciones. No era la única que pasaba por esa situación, así que entre todos nos apoyábamos y las risas nunca se fueron. Al fin llegó el día, y con las medidas adecuadas logramos tener nuestro acto, divididos todos, y algo pequeño, pero tuvimos y era lo grandioso.
Another thing I would like to tell you about was my experience graduating in the middle of the pandemic. It was only 4 months away, and one day without thinking about it, the dream of a graduation ceremony was gone. The thought of it was demotivating and filled me with sadness, but as the days went by and the day approached, motivation began to emerge. I was not the only one going through this situation, so we all supported each other and the laughter never went away. Finally the day arrived, and with the right measures we managed to have our act, divided all, and something small, but we had and it was the great thing.
Actualmente estudio la carrera de comunicación social, en la Universidad Rómulo Gallegos, ya casi culmino el II semestre de esta hermosa carrera, y la experiencia hasta ahora ha sido maravillosa.
I am currently studying social communication at the Rómulo Gallegos University, I am almost finished the second semester of this beautiful career, and the experience so far has been wonderful.
