You have to be careful how you handle your online reputation, you have your reasons for not calling them out, but you still haven't cleared yourself, youre hiding them as far as the law is concerned. But ofcourse I dont know im just saying, hopefully you get out of this mess. Just take it easy and communicate with the hivewatchers.
