Hello Hiveians
Great is the tomb that house the lord
He is laid in the sepulchre
There is no Eucharistic celebration Only Veneration of the cross
And a solemn communion service
In remembrance of his passion
And death on the cross
He died a good death
That's why its a good Friday
Good for the soul of man
And painful for the lord of host.
We live in remberance
That we shall see him someday
The one who died for love
We shall be with him in paradise.
Though the earth be shaken and tempest rage
Though we live in sorrow and agony of death
Though we mourn and weep in this valley of death
We shall overcome the grave
We shall rise again to be with Christ
An empty chapel that lies in sorrow for the death of her lord.
He is not in our tabernacle today
But lies in the grave
To win for us a glorious redemption at his rising.
There is always a way this day gets to me, solemn, sober and in utmost silence we spend the day.
Its also a culture in the house not to watch movie or any exciting thing, but to remain quiet till he is risen from the day.
I wonder how it was over two thousand years ago.
