Did you ever notice how a random act of kindness makes your day? It can be from us or getting help from others, both ways. But the thing is when we don't expect any help or kindness from others and they do, it create a really positive impact. Not only that, but it has huge mental benefits also.

Kindness always feels great no matter it's you or anybody else. It fills our hearts with joy. Sometimes in our tough days a simple smile or a thank you make us feel better. Kindness makes us energize and give us the support to move forward. Also, it helps to reduce negativity and stress as well.
I know we all have the experience when we find some random acts of kindness like helping in our grocery or helping in our office work, which makes us feel happy and gives us the feeling of fulfillment. If you look closely, it's nothing which can be counted as a help, maybe. But it feels huge sometimes. And that's why it's necessary to do the same to others also.
It can be anything. Like buy some food for the homeless, help someone to pass the road or just smile. You don't know what others are going through. It's us who can make others day just by doing a little thing. And also adds good energy in our system to increase self-esteem.
At least you will have anything to be proud of, to feel good about what you make others happy by your simple act. It may not seem much. But in this busy life, everything counts!
