When things don't go as our expectations, people argue with us for no reason, blame us, think wrong about us or even we don't understand us very well; it causes anxiety and worries. It's really hard to stay calm during these situations. But people do stay calm and get success. So, there must be many ways, right? Well, I'm not an expert but I think changing our mindset and see things differently can help a lot.
The first thing we must do is thinking that 'there's a purpose for everything'. Everything happens for a good reason. Well, it can be false but it gives us courage to stay calm. Awake your inner strength and self-confidence. It helps a lot to confront negative circumstances and unexpected events. Also, allow yourself to feel unexpected. It helps us to be strong.
Also, some little changes in your behavior can help us stay calm during tough moments. Like not reacting immediately. Take your time, analyze and respond later. Point out your learnings and apply them from next. Remind yourself that you are doing good and it's not always necessary to avoid all the unexpected negativity. Accept them as part of life. And you will feel more relaxed. Just, remember to give your 100%.
And, as I always talk about meditation and mindful life so I believe these two can also help every one of us to bring peace and calmness in our mind. Calmness is part of our core behavior. If you are the one who usually behaves differently may take more time to adopt a calm behavior. But I think, practicing these will help gradually.
