Mi mejor amiga me vino a visitar y pasar unos días conmigo, tenia días sin verla, su compañía me alegra muchísimo, somos amigas desde muy pequeñas , hemos compartido muchos momentos. Pero bueno, para eso no es esta publicación, sino para mostrarles la rica pasta con carne molida que prepare

Para celebrar su llegada preparamos la especialidad de la casa Pasta con Carne molida ja ja ¿a quién no le gusta la pasta con carne molida? es mi comida favorita.

Preparación de la carne Molida:

Llevamos la carne molida a fuego medio, con un chorrito de aceite la dejamos cocinar. Procesamos los tomates con los aliños (cebollín, ají, ajo, pimentón) y se lo añadimos a la carne.

Preparación de los espaguetis:

Fácilmente, hervir suficiente agua, le agregamos sal y un poco de aceite. Agregar los espaguetis hasta que estos se ablanden, sacar el agua.

Servimos la comida, pasta, carne molida y queso. Quedo riquísima, es una de la comida que con más frecuencia preparamos en casa. Mi amiga quedo encantada, (come mucho tuve que servirle nuevamente.)

PD: Para realizar este post me tarde unos días, quería hacer algo diferente a lo que ya les he presentado, visualmente, le agregue movimientos y lo más complicado fue los gif, no podía subirlos al blog, intentaba he intentaba, ya cuando me estaba dando por vencida y decidida a subir solo fotos, LO LOGRE. Espero mucho que haya sido de su agrado, le coloque mucho color a este post por motivo de lo alegre que estoy, los colores como la música para mi inspira alegría.

To celebrate his arrival we prepared the house specialty Pasta with ground beef ha ha who doesn't like pasta with ground beef? it's my favorite food.

Preparation of the ground beef:.

We take the ground beef to medium heat, with a drizzle of oil let it cook. We process the tomatoes with the seasonings (chives, chili, garlic, paprika) and add it to the meat.

Preparation of the spaghetti:.

Easily, boil enough water, we add salt and a little oil. Add the spaghetti until the spaghetti is soft, remove the water.

We served the food, pasta, ground beef and cheese. It was delicious, it is one of the meals we most often prepare at home. My friend was delighted, (she eats a lot I had to serve her again).
