Hello my good friends of Hive, today I'm here again to deliver this beautiful cake decorated with the motif of Princess Belle, as you all know, my daily work is to recreate beautiful cake decorations for the birthdays of my clients. This cake was my total inspiration, the client left it to our free imagination and here I show you how it turned out.

Para llevar a cabo nuestra decoración como primer paso siempre es realizar el merengue, y claro tener previo un bizcocho hecho.
To carry out our decoration, the first step is always to make the meringue, and of course to have a previous sponge cake. We will use the following materials.
Materiales a utilizar. // Materials to be used.
- Batidora.
- Bol para mezclar.
- Espátula.
- Colorantes en polvo.
- Azúcar 600gr.
- 5 Huevos.
- Cucharas medidoras.
- Esencia (una cucharada).
- Manga repostera.
- Cremor.
- Chocolate.
- Palillo de altura y pincel.
- Dispensador en spray.
- Licor Blanco.
- Blender.
- Mixing bowl.
- Spatula.
- Dyes.
- Sugar.
- 5 eggs.
- Measuring spoons.
- Essence.
- Chocolate.
- Height stick and brush.
- Piping bag.
- Cream.
-Spray dispenser.
-White liqueur.
In a saucepan add the 600gr of sugar, cup and a half of water and place over medium heat, separate the egg whites and the yellow ones (in this case we will only use the whites) and add them in a bowl (whites).
When the syrup makes smaller bubbles and a thread point, remove from heat and let stand for about 5 minutes, begin to beat the egg whites until stiff peaks, incorporate in a steady stream the syrup, beat for about 3 minutes, add a teaspoon of cream of tartar and a teaspoon of essence of your choice (in this case we use essence of natha) and continue beating for about 8 minutes or until the meringue makes peaks.
Once the meringue is firm, we proceed to separate in equal parts to apply the coloring; in this case we use pink, lilac and yellow, which are the colors of the princess Rapunzel. Add the meringue in the piping bags and set aside. Then we open our cake in 2 parts, with the white meringue we place a border on the edges so that the chocolate does not spill when placing the other layers, we place its supports (this is so that the cake does not move).
Una vez el pastel ya tenga sus capas de relleno, y sus soportes; con el merengue amarillo claro cubrimos el pastel superior y alisamos, con un peine de repostería le agregamos unas rayitas para crear un efecto diferente; y con color purpura en spray le rociamos en la parte inferior para dar un toque de color diferente.
En la parte inferior del pastel realizamos el mismo procedimiento con el color amarillo claro. Ya una vez con ambas partes lisas, pegamos la en la parte superior una imagen de la princesa bella, y procedemos a realizar una semejanza del vestido en la parte inferior creando ondas de arriba hacia abajo.
Con una boquilla plana y merengue blanco al finalizar el vestido hacemos un voladito para resaltar.
Para finalizar en la parte superior hacemos rosas con el merengue rojo, y con el amarillo oscuro realizamos olanes; para concluir cada nivel creamos caracolas del color de preferencia, en este caso usamos amarillo y rojo respectivamente.
Once the cake has its layers of filling and its supports; with the light yellow meringue we cover the upper cake and smooth it, with a pastry comb we add some lines to create a different effect; and with purple spray we spray it on the lower part to give a different touch of color.
On the lower part of the cake we did the same procedure with the light yellow color. Once both parts are smooth, we glue an image of the beautiful princess on the upper part, and we proceed to make a likeness of the dress on the lower part creating waves from top to bottom.
With a flat nozzle and white meringue at the end of the dress we make a little ruffle to highlight.
To finish in the upper part we make roses with the red meringue, and with the dark yellow we make ruffles; to conclude each level we create shells of the color of preference, in this case we use yellow and red respectively.
