Continuando con mi (ya habitual) serie de atardeceres en Antofagasta, muestro tres fotografías del crepúsculo de hoy, ya cerca del solsticio de verano. No fue espectacular, como en otras ocasiones, pero sí llamativo por la formación de nubes y algunos de los colores desplegados.
Continuing with my usual series of photos of sunsets at Antofagasta, in the present post I publish three photos of today’s sunset at this city of the north of Chile. It is worth mentioning that the summer solstice (in the Southern Hemisphere) is a few days away.
En la primera foto se ve que el sol se ha ocultado bajo la capa de nubes que normalmente cubren el horizonte, reflejando un amarillo intenso hacia el cielo. Mientras que en el primer plano se observa la formación rocosa típica de esta costa y unas aves marinas volando.
In the first photo you can see that the sun is behind the clouds that usually cover the horizon. Theres is a deep yellow coming out of these clouds. At the foreground there are some sea birds flying and you can also notice the typic rocky formation of these shores.
En esta segunda fotografía capturada unos minutos después ( y apuntando en otra dirección) se observa como el borde de la gruesa capa nubosa está colorada de un tenue tono rojizo.
This photo was taken some minutes later after the first. It shows some red tones on the sky.
En esta fotografía se notan las aves marinas tan comunes en esta costa durante el final de la tarde.
In this image you can see the sea birds some common in this cost, mainly at late afternoon.
Las tres fotografías fueron tomadas con la cámara de un Samsung Galaxy S20 (en la primera y última imágenes se usó el lente regular, mientras que en la segunda se capturó con el gran angular) y procesadas con Gimp.
The photos were taken with a Samsung Galaxy S20 (the regular lens was used in the first and last image, whereas the second was taken with the wide-angle lens). I used Gimp for post-processing the photos.
