Hoy me disponía a realizar unos churros para comer todos en casa y asi aprovechar la oportunidad de compartir con ustedes una presentación, una vez que termine la preparación de la masa comencé a realizar uno para probar si el aceite ya estaba lo suficientemente caliente y empezar a freírlos, cuando sufrí un accidente introduciendo uno en el aceite caliente explotó produciendome quemaduras leves en la mano, cara y espalda de en esta última fue porque justo en ese momento mi nieto iba entrando a la cocina, para evitar que le cayera a el lo protegi sirviendo de escudo para que no se quemara el también. Que quiero decir con esto que debemos tener más precaución tanto para los niños cómo también nosotros los adultos.
Today I was about to make some churros to eat all at home and thus take advantage of the opportunity to share a presentation with you, once I finished preparing the dough I began to make one to test if the oil was already hot enough and start fry them, when I suffered an accident putting one in the hot oil it exploded causing slight burns on my hand, face and back, in the latter it was because just at that moment my grandson was entering the kitchen, to prevent it from falling on him I protected him serving as a shield so that he didn't burn too. What I mean by this is that we should be more careful both for children and for us adults.
De forma inmediata mi vecina le dio una pomada o crema a mí esposa para untar en las quemaduras que me aliviaría el dolor o ardor.
My neighbor immediately gave my wife an ointment or cream to spread on the burns that would relieve the pain or burning.
✔️ Nota: Por favor tenemos que tener precaución más aún cuando se tiene niños en la casa, gracias a Dios pude servirle de escudo colocando mi espalda para que el niño no le cayera aceite caliente.
