This is me up here
I'm Oladimeji, a Gemini ♊ so free,
A thinker unbounded, a spirit flying wild and free.
Writing is my refuge, my escape from what is real,
In the world's harsh glare, I find my own ideal.
I weave words together, a basketry of rhyme,
To calm my racing thoughts, a soothing chime.
Emotions swirl within, a storm of dreams untold,
With pen and paper, I conquer the untamed, the bold.
So here I stand with all of you, hand in hand,
To learn, unlearn, and relearn, to understand.
Accept me into this realm, this safe haven's embrace,
Together we'll journey, in this poetic space.
