It was a fantastic day there was no rain and the weather for this week had changed, now that we see flowers everywhere and the aroma in the environment it is time to appreciate nature as a family and this is one of our favorite hobbies, we are in process to train our body doing trails because next month we are going to take a trip and we will walk 20km in one day, so we are getting used to a new rhythm! one of the best places to practice hiking is in the sesimbra area because the terrain is very uneven and you have the breeze from the atlantic to cool your body!😍😍🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
Fue un dia fantastico no habia lluvia y el clima para esta semana habia cambiado, ahora que vemos flores por todos lados y el aroma en el ambiente es momento de apreciar a la naturaleza en familia y este es uno de nuestros hobbies favoritos, estamos en proceso de entrenar nuestro cuerpo haciendo senderos porque el proximo mes vamos a realizar un viaje y caminaremos en un dia 20km, asi que estamos habituandonos a un nuevo ritmo! uno de los mejores sitios para practicar el senderismo es en la zona de sesimbra porque el terreno es muy irregular y tienes la brisa del atlantico para refrescar tu cuerpo!🌷🌼🌻🌺
The question is where to sit to enjoy a good picnic? I don't know this area very well and it's the first time I came to this particular place, but between the two of us we decided that it would be quite brutal to sit in front of the ocean, so we looked for an area that was covered with plants xD my wife told me to be careful of choose the site because he didn't want to get stung by thorny plants! xD it already happened to me once xD hahaha! right now is that we have relaxing conversations and we talk about our future! La pregunta es donde sentarse para disfrutar de un buen picnic? no conozco muy bien esta zona y es primera vez que venia a este sitio en particular, pero entre ambos decidimos que seria bastante brutal sentarnos frente del oceano, asi que buscamos un area que estuviera cubierta de plantas xD mi esposa me dijo que tuviera cuidado de escoger el sitio porque no queria picarse con plantas de espinas! xD ya me sucedio una vez xD hahaha! en estos momentos es que tenemos conversaciones relajantes y hablamos de nuestro futuro! no somos una pareja que simplemente vivie el "dia a dia" tambien trazamos muchos objetivos a corto plazo y nos colocamos retos! y es por eso que somos una pareja exitosa!💖💥

I believe that every human being has the ability to make a connection with nature, obviously I am not referring to that connection between a human and a dog, but something more spiritual, I remember that in my first field trips I could not feel that connection! and I simply enjoyed the scenery but over time that "CONNECTION" was growing to the point of emptying my bad energies and renewing my spirit while I see the waves breaking the rocks!!! It may seem that I am crazy but that connection do you know what I call it? I RESPECT!!! I try to teach that to my wife and sometimes we just stare at the sea for a long time and at that point we connect the 3! "Let's just say that everyone deals with her problems in her own way"🧭🚩🌷🌍🌎🌍🌎🌻🌷🌺🌲🌅🥪🌮🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻
Creo que todo ser humano tiene la capacidad de hacer una conexion con la naturaleza, obviamente no me refiero a esa ligacion entre un humano y un perro, si no algo mas espiritual, recuerdo que en mi primeras salidas de campo no conseguia sentir esa ligacion! y simplemente disfrutaba del paisaje pero con el tiempo esa "CONEXION" fue creciendo hasta el punto de vaciar mis malas energias y renovar mi espiritu mientras veo las olas rompiendo las rocas!!! quizas parezca que soy loco pero esa conexion sabes como la llamo? RESPETO!!! trato de enseñar eso a mi esposa y aveces nos quedamos siemplemente viendo el mar por mucho tiempo y en ese punto conectamos los 3! "digamos que cada quien lidia con sus problemas a su manera"👩👨🌺🌷🌻🌍🌎🌲🌅
A DELICIOUS SALAD🌊🌲 / UNA DELICIOSA ENSALADA🤩
Buy some salads already prepared and ready to be eaten and cut some fruits to eat them for dessert, and of course we accompany it with a couple of beers!! We had a small path to do after eating, we would walk about 2km until we reached the tip of the rock, which in theory is the most southwestern side of Portugal! After eating we sat down for a bit to talk and plan our next trip!🥰🥰
Compre unas ensaladas ya preparadas y listas para ser comidas y corte unas frutas para comerlas de postre, y claro lo acompañamos con un par de cervezas!! teniamos un pequeño sendero para realizar luego de comer, caminariamos unos 2km hasta llegar a la punta del peñazco que en teoria es el lado mas suroccidental de portugal! luego de comer nos quedamos sentados un poco para platicar y planear nuestro proximo viaje!😎😎

we started to make our little path to reach a very strange house and that has no reference on the internet! it has a sign that says: "from henry for love" it is part of a small walk that reaches one end of the cliff, there are people who do the complete trail and walk 31km from the "serra da arrabida" to here! the path becomes a little more rustic and there are times when we must go through very narrow sand paths! with luck I saw two types of snakes that are common in the area!🥰🥰
comenzamos a realizar nuestro pequeño sendero para llegar a una casa muy extraña y que no tiene ninguna referencia en interenet! tiene un letrero que dice: "from henry for love" forma parte de una pequeña caminata que llega a un extremo del acantilado, hay personas que hacen el sendero completo y caminan 31km desde la "serra da arrabida" hasta aqui! el camino va haciendose un poco mas rusticos y hay momentos donde debemos pasar por caminos de arena muy estrechos! con suerte vi dos tipos de serpientes que son comunes de la zona!😃😃
