Hello, friends of Gems, how are you? I am grateful to God for allowing me to share with you again. Today I will be talking to you about this walk for World Diabetes Day.
Yesterday was Diabetes Day, so today at my university we organized a walk to promote health and care against this disease, since nowadays many people have it because they are not taking care of themselves.
The goal of the walk was to walk 3 kilometers to a specific point and then do some dance therapy.
We really enjoyed the activity; it was very entertaining, and we successfully achieved our goal.
