Good evening, today I'm sharing a bit about my son's experience cutting his hand with a knife at home. He was going to have breakfast and decided to chop tomatoes and onions for his arepa, but he tried to slice them on his hand without realizing the knife went too far and cut his hand.
He started bleeding profusely, and it was a very worrying time. Luckily, his father was home and took him to the hospital immediately, where they stitched it with five stitches. Actually, to be able to stitch it, they gave him an injection to slow the bleeding until they were able to close it.
Then the doctor prescribed some medication, which we bought later, and also a healing cream. He's being very careful with the wound now, since it's on the back of his index finger, near the joint, and it's difficult for him to bend his finger. I hope for his speedy recovery; it was a real scare!
