La honestidad es uno de los valores que me han inculcado desde pequeña, así siempre la verdad trae cosas positivas. Ser honestos con los demás es muy bueno, pero ser honestos con nosotros mismos es mucho más, porque no mentirnos con respecto a nuestras cosas, es lo mejor. Si somos gorditas, aceptar nuestra forma física es lo mejor y siempre vestirse acorde, aceptarse y si no, ser honestas con nosotras mismas y hacer ejercicio o dieta. Seamos sinceras, podremos decir que nos amamos, pero la auto satisfacción o las auto excusas son negativas también, si no queremos estar tan flacas o gorditas, hagamos lo necesario para estar como queremos, sin alarde y sin que eso repercuta en nuestra personalidad ni elevar el ego, que todo sea para sentirnos mejor con nosotras mismas.

Being honest with others is very good, but being honest with ourselves is much more, because not lying to ourselves about our things is the best. If we are chubby, accepting our physical form is the best and always dress accordingly, accept ourselves and if not, be honest with ourselves and exercise or diet. Let's be honest, we can say that we love each other, but self-satisfaction or self-excuses are also negative, if we don't want to be so skinny or chubby, let's do what it takes to be as we want, without showing off and without affecting our personality or elevating the ego, that everything is to feel better about ourselves.

Amar es una de las sensaciones más hermosas que pueden sentir, el amor a nosotros mismos, el amor a otras personas, el amor a nuestra pareja (Novio o Novia), es algo maravilloso, pero también hay un amor enorme que es el amor a nuestros padres que nos dieron la vida y nos enseñaron de valores, pues con ellos el amor es mágico. Dar y recibir amor es algo muy lindo y saber amar con sinceridad es la mejor sensación, no dejarnos llevar por quienes no nos merecen es cosa también de saber a quién amar. El amor a la vida, el amor a las cosas pequeñas y a los pequeños detalles, también son valores que mantenemos y que mantengo desde siempre y a pesar de estos tiempos del amor deshonesto e interesado aún hay mucha almas hermosas que aman sin límite.

It does not matter where it comes from or to whom it is given, respect is one of the values that I like the most, because respecting decisions, life, the way of thinking of ourselves and others is something that shows the human quality that characterizes us . Respecting our parents, our siblings, and friends will always be something that I will practice all my life, as most things are based on respect.
