Does decentralization and freedom support member of a community to ride on others? Question for @theycallmedan

I wrote a blog some days ago, and I shared most of my experiences on Hive since I was invited here. All was smooth, and I focused on the Good, Bad and Ugly. There are many goods, a few uglies, but no bad. I never know the bad is close to the window. Hive account@belemo made a joke of the bad, but it wasn’t bad. The real bad experience showed up.

I have never felt so used like this in my life. I am a young gentle girl. I don’t cheat people and I don’t like to be cheated. I hate this as dung. Hive account@theycallmedan made an initiative @theycallmedan/mycountry-initiative that everyone should write about their country. Since it is what I like to talk about, I joined and follow the due process to be worthy of the vote, but he did not upvote the post until payout. I commented on his post to remind him that my post will payout in some hours, he ignored and never replied. I think someone needs to know that money is not everything; Honesty matter. Yes, I know it is your power and you have 100% right on what you wish to do with it, but don’t just come out and make people do something and fail them. And, if I may ask, what is integrity in saying something and failing? I checked through and realized that more people were not voted.

I also see that some people wrote during the first 2 days like I did and never get any vote. Some did in 6 days and still get a high vote. How do you measure excellence in your curation?

Your contest are good ones to bring in new people, and I talked with some of my friends before the contest so that they could join me in my journey here, but I could not even show them the outcome of the post because I thought the vote is guaranteed as Hive account@theycallmedan made clear.

Advice
Maybe you should get some people to help you check and manage your contest whenever you create. This will allow you to see that more people are writing better posts than some you voted very high. No hard feelings, life goes on but you could do better than you did. I was told you are a good man.
