About the value of yoga 🧘♀️ now adays we are not true to ourselves thats why hospitals are full and new viruses and diseases born in humans so today i am suggesting you some tips of yoga. I daily do this yoga in PARK near my house there àre well trained yoga masters which are working like NGO they run their homes from funds from the rich person and also from government of Pakistan. And our yoga team name is SAMBARA so today i like to tell you the benefits of yoga there most channels work world wide they tell how to do yoga. Or get the source like Internet for learning purpose. So before starting a new thing we should learn what are the benefits and side effects in my opinion there is no side effects in yoga but you should perform it well if you are doing in wrong way then you must feel pain 😉 so lets go to the benefits.
