The Hooters
To start I realize that I don't know so many bands or singers with the letter H.
My first pick is the Americans, The Hooters. They are an 80s Rock Band that combine rock, aka, reggae, and some folk music.

This guy has a lot of style!
He mix soul, blues, folk, reggae, rock and is an excellent guitar preformer.
From Ben Harper I choose Sexual Healing an original song of Marvin Gaye.
