Hello, everyone, I'd like to share my afternoon walk in my neighborhood. The neighborhood I live at the moment is not densely populated. It's quite lush since there many plantation or garden near the roads. The roads are relatively clean too.
The neighborhood I live is near farming area. Just walking about 10 minutes, I could saw rice fields and farms. This farm would surely change in the residential area in near future as more people come to live here. I remember as a kid all I could see were rice fields. Nowadays there are houses in what used to be the farm.
There was a piece of land where cows ate grass close to my home.
I did not ask them to pose for me, but these mommy cow and little baby walked closer to me as I took photo of them.
Lush area with rice fields and trees along the road.
It was fun to walk along the road. There were not so many traffic, only motorbike that passed every now and then. There were not so many people on the road either.
After walking for about 15 minutes, I arrived in the town park. There were more people there. Mostly youngsters who hang out with their friends or doing exercise like jogging around the park.

My son in the town park.
Some youngsters sat down in the park
When the government introduce new normal a couple of weeks ago, the people began to loosen a bit. Before the new normal, there were not so many people going out in the street. The town park was very quiet, only few people were in the park.
The time it was different. People begin to start coming to the town park. I could feel some relaxing atmosphere in this park.
It's just that we should not lose our guard against that covid-19 virus situation. I saw some people not wearing masks like before. Few weeks ago, I saw many security check whenever I entered a new place. People would be stopped in the road (by security) if they did not wear any masks.
There were areas that you could not unless you had a mask. And there were quiet a few villages which label themselves as a "must-wear-mask" zone.
Returning home when the sun set.
Now, it's different. There are no more security checking in the road. No disinfection chamber when entering a market or a village. Well, this is the new normal. We could feel a little bit relax while still exercising the standard procedure to protect ourselves from the covid-19 situation.
All right, enough ranting. The sun was nearly set. I decided to walk back to my home. It was a beautiful walk though. Thanks for joining me.
