Hace unos meses les había compartido cómo hacer una pulsera y un anillo sencillos, y más recientemente les compartí cómo hice por primera vez un par de zarcillos. En esta última publicación me propusieron hacer un collar y tengo que confesarles que esta idea me venía persiguiendo desde hace mucho; quizás sólo necesitaba un poco de tiempo libre para por fin atreverme.

As I mentioned in my previous post, I was without internet for several days, and in this “free” (involuntary) time I decided to return to one of my favorite hobbies: costume jewelry. A few months ago I shared with you how to make a simple bracelet and ring, and more recently I shared how I first made a pair of earrings. In this last publication, they proposed to me to make a necklace and I have to confess that this idea had been haunting me for a long time; maybe I just needed a little free time to finally dare.
Aunque no tiene mucha ciencia hacer un collar como el que hice, la verdad disfruté mucho el proceso, me combina con muchas prendas y estoy feliz con el resultado, quedó mejor de lo que tenía en mente. A continuación les dejo los materiales y el paso a paso.

Materiales:
- Material de bisutería
- Hilo elástico o cualquier otro tipo que pueda servir
- Tijera
- Ganchos para sujetar el collar
- Jewelry material
- Elastic thread or any other type that can be used
- Scissors
- Hooks to hold the necklace
Paso 1: Anudar un extremo del hilo a uno de los ganchos para poder trabajar más cómodamente.
Step 1: Tie one end of the thread to one of the hooks to be able to work more comfortably.
Paso 2: Introducir las piezas de bisutería de acuerdo al patrón que desees. En mi caso, introduje 6 pepitas de color rosado, blanco y azul, y en intermedio una transparente.
Step 2: Introduce the jewelry pieces according to the pattern you want. In my case, I introduced 6 pink, white and blue seeds, and a transparent one in between.
Paso 3: Como quise agregarle un dije al collar, lo introduje en la mitad del patrón (luego de 8 grupos de 6 pepitas) entre dos pepitas transparentes.
Step 3: Since I wanted to add a pendant to the necklace, I inserted it in the middle of the pattern (after 8 groups of 6 seeds) between two transparent seeds.
Paso 4: Al terminar el largo del collar como lo desees, anudar el otro extremo del hilo al otro gancho
Step 4: When you finish the length of the necklace as desired, tie the other end of the thread to the other hook
