¡Hola, amigos! ¿Cómo están? Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes un post un poco diferente a lo que suelo publicar, ya que se trata de una de las funciones que nos ofrece PeakD.
Para muchas personas, no estoy descubriendo más que el agua tibia pero, si tengo suerte, esta información llegará a quienes no han usado PeakD hasta ahora y esta función les llame la atención, para quienes usan PeakD pero no sabían que existía, o para quienes sí sabían pero no se habían atrevido a usarla.
En este último grupo me encontraba yo, y esta es la razón por la que decidí hacer esta publicación, para comentarles también sobre lo útil que ha sido para mí.

Hello friends! How are you? Today I want to share with you a post a little different from what I usually publish, since it is about one of the functions that PeakD offers us.
For many people, I am not discovering nothing new but, if I am lucky, this information will reach those who have not used PeakD so far and this function calls their attention, for those who use PeakD but did not know it existed, or for those who did know but had not dared to use it.
I was in this last group, and this is the reason why I decided to make this publication, to tell you also about how useful it has been for me.
¿Para qué sirve la función de Schedule (Programar)?
Pues, muy sencillo: te permite programar las publicaciones para que se publiquen después, en un día y hora específico.
What is the Schedule function for?
Well, very simple: it allows you to schedule publications to be published later, on a specific day and time.
¿Cómo se programa una publicación?
Lo primero es preparar tu publicación como normalmente lo haces cuando vas a publicar, pero en lugar de hacer click en "Publish", harás click en "Schedule".
Luego, te aparecerá lo siguiente, donde seleccionas el día y la hora en la que quieres publicar.
How do I schedule a publication?
The first thing is to prepare your publication as you normally do when you are going to publish, but instead of clicking on "Publish", you will click on "Schedule ".
Then, you will see the following, where you select the day and time you want to publish.
A la izquierda, seleccionas en el calendario el día en el que quieres que se envíe tu publicación.
On the left, select from the calendar the day on which you want your publication to be sent.
A la derecha, seleccionas la hora, en formato 24 h, en la que quieres que se envíe la publicación. Por ejemplo, en la siguiente imagen estoy programando la publicación para las 6:30 pm (18:30).

Por último, vuelve a seleccionar "Schedule" y te dirigirá a la lista de publicaciones programadas. Después de allí, no es necesario que hagas nada más.
Finally, select "Schedule " again and you will be directed to the list of scheduled publications. After there, you don't need to do anything else.
Por ello es importante que tu post esté listo para publicar. De todas maneras, puedes deshacer la programación y volver a editarlo seleccionando "Revert to Draft" (Revertir a borrador) lo que lo llevará a la lista de borradores.

¿Por qué la recomiendo?
Pues bien, llevo poco tiempo utilizando esta función, digamos que con un máximo de 5 publicaciones. Como les comenté al principio, si sabía que existía, sin embargo no me atrevía a usarla por temor a no programar bien el envío y que cuando se publicara el post (en caso de que si se publicara) yo no estuviera disponible para poder modificar cualquier error sino para mucho después. Pero como ven, es muy sencillo de hacer.
Gracias a esta función puedes preparar varias publicaciones en un mismo día, en esos momentos de inspiración, y poder programarlas para que no todas sean publicadas a la vez.
En caso de que decidas no publicarlo todo en el mismo día, omites el tedioso paso posterior en el que buscas entre tooodas tus publicaciones la que quieres publicar hoy.
Además, todas las personas en Hive tenemos una vida fuera de Hive que también nos exige tiempo, por lo que programar tus publicaciones te ayuda a seguir activo en Hive mientras estás haciendo tus demás labores.
Si sólo quieres tener tiempo libre para ti mismo y no estar tooodo el día frente al computador o al celular, programar las publicaciones también te servirá.
Por otro lado, en ocasiones las fallas constantes del internet nos impiden publicar en el momento que queremos, y no nos queda de otra que publicar "cuando el internet quiera". Programando tu publicación, aprovechas cuando tengas buena conexión a internet para escribir la publicación, la programas y puedes evitar que tu post se publique en una hora en la que no quieres.
Al final, todos queremos que nuestras publicaciones tengan visibilidad, y hay algunas horas que son mejores que otras para que eso sea posible.
Why do I recommend it?
Well, I have been using this function for a short time, let's say with a maximum of 5 publications. As I mentioned at the beginning, I knew it existed, but I did not dare to use it for fear of not scheduling the post properly and that when the post was published (in case it was published) I would not be available to modify any error until much later. But as you can see, it is very easy to do.
Thanks to this feature you can prepare several posts on the same day, in those moments of inspiration, and be able to schedule them so that they are not all published at the same time.
In case you don't decide to publish them all on the same day, you skip the tedious step of searching through all your posts to find the one you want to publish today.
In addition, everyone on Hive has a life outside of Hive that also demands time, so scheduling your posts helps you stay active on Hive while you are doing your other work.
If you just want to have free time for yourself and not be in front of your computer or cell phone all day, scheduling your posts will also help.
Sometimes, the constant failures of the internet prevent us from publishing at the time we want, and we have no choice but to publish "when the internet wants". By scheduling your post, you take advantage of when you have a good internet connection to write the post, you schedule it and you can avoid having your post published at a time you don't want it to be published.
In the end, we all want our posts to have visibility, and there are some hours that are better than others to make that possible.
