It was such a beauty to look at the sky at night and watch the amazing MOON glowing at its full glory. All this magic happened yesterday, 07 May 2020. If you have not seen it than you have probably missed a chance for this year. While this was the fourth and the last full moon of the year.
To be more precise Super Flower Moon reached it's peak at 4.15 pm IST Thursday of 7 May.
I was keeping an eye on this news for some time but tbh I almost forgot about it was able to miss it. But an alarm made me tickle the news and I was able to witness it for the time being. Even though I was alert I saw it for some time and the excitement went after some time.
For the second time when I want on my rooftop, it was almost feeling like a torch was put out from the sky and as I was walking on the roof, it really felt very great. Nothing fancy but another extraordinary moment of the mother nature. There might be several ways to see it right now but the feeling of that moment was somehow different, even if it seem to disappear at that time. But now that I am thinking about it, it was nice to be a part of this phenomenon.
Why the name was given to the full moon Super Flower Moon?
As per the Farmer’s Alamanac, the Full Moon of May is called Flower Moon because at this time of the year, in most areas, flowers are abundant everywhere. It is also known as Full Corn Planting Moon as well as the Milk Moon.
For some people it would not make much of a difference as who would even care for such an event. I suppose many have no idea even for a second that it happened. But since we are in lockdown any news that can be observed from the where we are it is a pleasant one. At the least it would take out the boredom that have been faced by people like us.
If this was a regular day, I would have not even notice the change or this news at all. But as I am in front of my computer screen most of the time, I tend to notice even the small news that have been being displayed in the internet. It is also like searching for something interesting as we speak.
