Los carnavales del Callao y su representación cultural y que no falte el color, es este espacio sinónimo de alegría, de disfrute y sobre todo de compartir. Los personajes emblemáticos se encuentran aquí y la disposición también, muchos piensan y ¿Para qué? Bravo maestra, bravo mamá, bravo papá por seguir regalando esa ilusión que los niños tanto necesitan.
