I think we do have a problem...
with police crimes against minorities. I think in some cases it is embellished a little but in other cases there is no question that black males are singled out more than twice as often as white males by the police.

support this. And the incarceration rates of young black males definitely supports this notion.
Interestingly enough...
crimes WITHIN minority groups are also on the rise in America which could also explain some of the incarceration rates of minorities in prison.
