Greetings dear Hive community, it is a pleasure to share with you again my experiences and work.
The muses came to me in 1994, in Barcelona, Spain. At that moment those memories of my mother, father, brothers came to my mind as if I felt them on paper, charcoal, sanguine and chalk.
They were the materials I used to make the sketches that would be transformed into three-dimensional terracotta pieces for the first exhibition of Ibero-American art in Copenhagen, Denmark, in 1998.
This is how the magic of memories and sounds from Rolando Quero's childhood arose.
