I was reviewing the photos from last summer and I stumbled upon this from the small town of Potes. Located in the north of the country, in the Cantabria region, it is considered one of the nicest villages in Spain.
It was a nice sunny day and we spent the day walking around town. After lunch, we headed back to our hotel but I stopped the car to take this shot where you can see the impressive Picos de Europa national park far away. We definitely plan on comimng back.
