Earlier this fruit was known as foreign fruit but now it is considered as native fruit. Because it is now being cultivated in different parts of our country.
Because considering the nutritional value and taste, various efforts are being made to produce it in our country. Although it is known as ansaphal or longan in different countries, many people in our country call it wood litchi. It is round in appearance, but not too large. Although small in size, it tastes great.
Large commercial and popular fruit in Thailand. Fruits are grown commercially in Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, China, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia. A large portion of the GDP of Thailand and Malaysia is added by exporting this fruit.
